You can delete your DrawCue account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens when your account is deleted.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

Open the DrawCue app and follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and associated data will be deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your profile and account information
• All drawing projects and associated data
• Uploaded images and generated drawing assets
• Remaining credits
• Subscription and purchase records associated with your account

Deletion is subject to reasonable processing time, backup cycles, and any retention required or permitted by applicable law.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your DrawCue account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid continued charges, cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

• Apple App Store: Open Settings on your device > tap your name > Subscriptions > DrawCue > Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: Open the Google Play app > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DrawCue > Cancel subscription.

If you are unable to access the app and need to request account deletion, please contact us by email. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.
