These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DrawCue, operated by Red Pandas Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using DrawCue, you agree to these Terms.
DrawCue provides tools that help users trace and create drawings, including:
Features may change as the service develops.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AI-powered features, including the Step-by-step Guide.
By using an AI-powered feature, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Non-AI features, including Quick Trace, may be available without this AI-feature age requirement, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
DrawCue may allow you to begin with an anonymous account. Certain functionality, including Step-by-step Guide, purchases, cloud synchronization, or restoration of account-bound data, may require you to link an account using a supported authentication provider such as Apple or Google.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to your linked account.
New users may receive a 7-day trial of DrawCue Pro. The trial includes 40 credits. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan price.
DrawCue Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
Subscription credits reset according to the applicable subscription cycle and do not accumulate unless expressly stated otherwise. Paid subscription plans may provide 100 credits per subscription period or monthly credit cycle, as described on the purchase screen.
Prices, trial eligibility, subscription periods, renewal terms, taxes, and available products may vary by platform, country, currency, and time. The terms and prices displayed by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase control.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, subject to the rules of the App Store or Google Play and applicable law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store account through which you purchased it.
Deleting your DrawCue account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. If you do not want future subscription charges, you should cancel the subscription through the applicable store.
When an AI generation begins, DrawCue may temporarily reserve the required credits. Credits are consumed when the generation is successfully processed.
If generation fails because of a qualifying technical failure before completion, the reserved credits will be released or not charged.
A subjective preference regarding the style or quality of a successfully generated AI result does not automatically entitle the user to a credit refund. Where appropriate, technical issues may be reviewed through customer support and we may restore credits at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play through which the purchase was made.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable store and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Additional credits are generally non-refundable after they have been delivered or used, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
You retain your rights in images, photographs, drawings, and other content that you provide to DrawCue.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, reproduce, and technically modify that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate DrawCue, including generating AI drawing guides, synchronizing projects, providing support, and maintaining the service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process content submitted to DrawCue. You must not use DrawCue to infringe another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
AI-generated drawing guides may contain errors, unexpected results, or similarities to content generated for other users.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share drawing guides generated for you and drawings you create using DrawCue.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free from all third-party claims. You remain responsible for how you use generated content.
DrawCue provides a mechanism to report inappropriate, unexpected, or otherwise problematic AI-generated results. Reports may be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention, and service quality.
Submitting a report does not automatically provide a refund or restore credits.
You may not use DrawCue:
You may request deletion of your linked DrawCue account through the account settings provided in the app.
Account deletion permanently removes or de-identifies account-associated data that we are not legally required to retain.
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to prevent future renewal charges. Deleting your DrawCue account does not automatically cancel your store subscription.
We work to keep DrawCue available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features, supported AI models, credit requirements, or service functionality may change over time. If a change materially affects a paid subscription or users' legal rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law or platform rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrawCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. DrawCue is a drawing assistance tool and does not guarantee any particular artistic result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Pandas Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of DrawCue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right, refund right, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country or region of residence where those protections apply regardless of this choice.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to DrawCue, legal requirements, platform requirements, or business operations. For material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
